If you got an ANT+ speed/cadence sensor, the Elite Qubo is listed in the power curve so you could use this trainer and receive power information in the software.
I am not sure about the Satori Smart T2400 ,I think this trainer emits power but you need to check that it is ANT+ compatible.
You will need an ANT+ key also, there is many model that you can use.
Let me know if you have more question,
As for the repeat change, if you have more than 5 intervals, what you can do is select the first interval line (click the first line, first column)
Then go to the last interval you want in your loop and shift click the line
You will get all line selected, then you can click the "Repeat" button on the left
@admin Hi Max,
Just started riding again. I didn't rerun the workout but have been using it for other workouts since then without issue. I'm wondering is this was a CPU issue related to Win10 wonderful updating during usage. It's a 7 year old dual core laptop with 6GB memory.
On the history aspect. I deleted all my old workouts (fit) in the History folder. When I looked at the workout list after refreshing, it still showed the workouts I did previously as 'Done'. I found the right-click, 'Select as undone' option and removed them as done so now I see only my current workouts as Being accomplished. No worries for now.
Glad to see you here! Congrats on the FE-C Trainer, I heard the Vortex is a good one.
I had the same thing happens to my FTP when I changed trainer. With trainer control, the resistance feels much harder. I had to lower my FTP around 20W to be able to do the same workouts.
You are correct for the 20min interval. The result is 0.95 of the 20min section so if you want to keep the same FTP, you should be going at 105% your current FTP. I will update the target in the next version for 105% instead of 100%. For now, you can just see this section as a target but going over is not a bad idea if you want to raise your FTP.
Thanks for the good feedback! I did put a lot of time this summer on it. For now I will have to put less with other commitments I have.
