Installed Maximum Trainer and I must say im impressed with it. It works perfectly with my Stac Halcyon.
The FTP test is confusing. It states to follow the green bars, which offcoarse is false. It would be better to mention that you have to cycle the 20min test part at the max you can sustain. So dont follow the green area for that part.
@admin Thanks. Yes, it's working perfectly. :-). I searched many possibilities and finally it was so simple to don't think at this option.
Great thanks. Now i could easily make different variations of an existing workout without rewrite it from the beginning.
Hey there, are you using trainer speed or virtual speed ? You can see that in the workout options. I suggest virtual speed if you got access to a power meter, since trainer speed does not really give much info on your performance.
As for the Cadence and heart rate drops, are you close to your ANT+ sensor? Usually this happen if you have something that is blocking the signal in-between.
Just to note, the timer rely on your computer processing power, so if you are running lot of other app in the background, it is possible MaximumTrainer get left out for some time, and the timer could loose some time there.
You could try to close the app you don't use that could be taking your cpu
You can check the home page to see, but basically if you have a trainer with a Power Curve supported,
you will only need an ANT+ speed or ANT+ speed and cadence sensor to be able to get power data.
Also an ANT+ usb key so you an link the sensor with your PC/Mac
If you got an ANT+ speed/cadence sensor, the Elite Qubo is listed in the power curve so you could use this trainer and receive power information in the software.
I am not sure about the Satori Smart T2400 ,I think this trainer emits power but you need to check that it is ANT+ compatible.
You will need an ANT+ key also, there is many model that you can use.
Let me know if you have more question,
As for the repeat change, if you have more than 5 intervals, what you can do is select the first interval line (click the first line, first column)
Then go to the last interval you want in your loop and shift click the line
You will get all line selected, then you can click the "Repeat" button on the left
@admin Hi Max,
Just started riding again. I didn't rerun the workout but have been using it for other workouts since then without issue. I'm wondering is this was a CPU issue related to Win10 wonderful updating during usage. It's a 7 year old dual core laptop with 6GB memory.
On the history aspect. I deleted all my old workouts (fit) in the History folder. When I looked at the workout list after refreshing, it still showed the workouts I did previously as 'Done'. I found the right-click, 'Select as undone' option and removed them as done so now I see only my current workouts as Being accomplished. No worries for now.
