The MAP Test will determine your Maximal Aerobic Power. It is sometimes called a "RAMP test".
The test consist of :
- General warm-up
- Main Protocol: 30 Watts increase every 3 minutes until you can keep up.
Main Protocol details:
End of Test happens after 20'' total or 10'' consecutive below the target zone, you will go to the cooldown directly (last interval). Test Intervals will be added automatically after you complete one.
